Our conservatory was completed yesterday by Richard the electrician, and we felt that we had to write and tell you how very please we are with it.

From Gareth who came an dug the footing and built the brickwork so immaculately, through Tom who efficiently assembled the windows and roof with its amazing quantity of insulation, Adrian the plasterer, Les who laid the beautiful flooring, and finishing with Richard’s work each stage was completed to a very high standard. The whole job served as an excellent advertisement for you when we held a birth party here on the 27th when it was much admired

We are already greatly enjoying our lovely extra room, and I am confident that when you return to replace the eaves and guttering’s, our home will be further enhanced by Banbury. I would recommend you to anyone.

I am writing this to thank three member of your staff who were extremely helpful yesterday when I inadvertently locked myself out of my house. First, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful, and second Nick Stanley and Chris (I did catch his surname) were very helpful in ensuring that the locksmith I was finally able to contact did what was necessary to ensure that the front door Vectis lock was not unnecessarily damaged.

Also, I have recently had a new kitchen door fitted by your company which we(my wife and I) are very please with.
